Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a discrepancy. Reasons for cancellation from our side may include:
- Limited availability of the product in inventory
- Errors in pricing
- Errors in product information
Additionally, in some cases, we may require further details from you to process and accept your order. If your order is partially or fully canceled, or if additional information is needed, we will notify you promptly.
Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order before it is shipped to the destination. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will initiate a refund to your bank account using an appropriate payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days, and the credited amount will reflect directly in your account once the process is complete.
Failed Transactions
If the amount is deducted from your account due to a failed transaction, we will ensure that the full amount is refunded to your bank account at the earliest.
